Current MVP data
Cart contents are stored locally in the visitor’s browser so the bag persists after refresh. Clearing browser storage removes that information from the device.
Forms
Newsletter and contact forms currently validate input and show a local confirmation state only. No form payload is sent to Swing Master or a third-party provider in this MVP.
Future services
Before launch, this policy must identify any commerce, analytics, email, support and hosting providers; the data they process; retention practices; user rights; and required regional disclosures.
